It’s the second Monday of the month which means it’s time for Monday Made It!
Over winter break I redecorated my master bath! I’ll spare you the before pictures but the walls were all dark brown, it had a plain builder-grade mirror, and a dilapidated Roman shade that didn’t work. Here’s what I did:
I painted two walls a mocha brown and the other two a gray-ish blue. Then I whipped up a simple shade using my sewing machine to replace the broken Roman shade. The mirror was the biggest project. Piecing together information from various Pinterest tutorials, I put up tile all around the edges.
To add a little interest I found some fun things at Hobby Lobby to put up on a small shelf I already had.
Here are some cards I made with my Stampin’ Up Trendy Trees set. (It’s an oldie but goodie)
I’ve been on a kick with holiday products this school year. I made Martin Luther King packets for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. Each activity is Common Core aligned and I’ve added information about the life of MLK throughout (lots of original art work, too!)
And a new FREEBIE! I wrote about syllable rules that are kid-friendly in a previous post. A couple of people have asked if I have a printable poster of those rules and I just got one made:
Stop by my TpT shop and grab one for your classroom!
Thanks for checking out my creations : )
